Ungydo hair products are made with Natural ingredients which means they can't be returned. Once the product is opened you can't no longer get a refund or exchange. However, if our team has find an issue with your item.
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your balance.
Damage Orders

Cancellations orders
- Cancellations are allow but only if your order has not been processed or shipped. Once your order is in transit, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
