Refund policy

Ungydo hair products are made with Natural ingredients which means they can't be returned. Once the product is opened you can't no longer get a refund or exchange. However, if our team has find an issue with your item. 

• The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your balance.

Damage Orders 

• For any issues or damage orders please contact us by email at ungydohair@gmail.com with a photo of the damage product.

Cancellations orders 

• Cancellations are allow but only if your order has not been processed or shipped. Once your order is in transit, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
